I remember times in my past relationship when I *wanted* my ex to call, no matter how hard I tried, he just would not do it; giving the most lame excuse in the book, and we had MANY arguments over this. However when I DIDN’T want to hear from him, he wouldn’t STOP calling!
When we broke up, I told him to “not contact me anymore” and guess what? Of course, he DID! Funny how it’s only when you don’t want them to do something they start doing it.
The problem happens in the reverse too.
