Break Up Tip – 7 Day Ex-Free Bootcamp… Are You Up For It?

by Ashley Kay on September 30, 2008

I’ve decided to publish a mini-course within my How to Get Your Ex Back e-course on my website so all can benefit. This 7 Day Ex-Free Bootcamp will stretch on for the next 7 days. Each day a new lesson or exercise will be posted.

Are you ready?

If you’re still struggling to get through the day because your ex is constantly on your mind, then you need to pay close attention, over the next 7 days we’re going to be giving your mind and soul a good cleansing to get rid of all the hurt, bitterness, heartache, loneliness and anything else negative you’ve been feeling after your break up.

We’re going to be working on your mind, body and soul and at the end of it you will feel 100%, 200% even 300% better and be well on your way to moving on without your ex.

Why is this important? I get a lot of emails asking whether you should move on/give up, if there doesn’t appear to be any hope left.

If you’re wondering that yourself here is my answer to that:

Yes! You should be preparing to move on the day they break up with you (that’s why you grieve and hurt the most in the beginning). Hanging onto hope is deadly because you’re putting the fate of your happiness in someone else’s hands. Therefore you can’t truly ‘be happy’ unless your ex comes back. That will prevent you from being open to love and happiness. To box yourself up will mean slow suicide, that’s why it’s so important you learn to let go and be open-minded.

Yes I know you don’t want anyone else but holding onto your ex won’t make them come back any faster, in fact it will make your progress slower because that’s all you’ll be thinking about.

Now you might ask what if your ex wants you back and you’re with someone else. What I suggest is you only date casually for a while, remember you just came out of a relationship, be honest and upfront with the other person, let them know you’re still getting over a break up and you want to take things very slowly.

The point is to be open to new possibilities. If your ex decides they want you back, you’ll be in a better position to decide if the relationship is worth going back to.

I’m going to start our 7 Day Ex Bootcamp tomorrow, in the mean time I suggest you think about it and decide for yourself whether you should move on once and for all.

Now what I recommend if you’re going to participate (which I hope you do), is to set a day on the weekend you can have to yourself. The first day is the most time consuming but it’s also the most important so you need a whole day or at least a few hours to dedicate to it.

You can save the emails and refer back to them when you’re ready to start.

Review seems ‘fixed’. I doubt it is really impartial. $39 for 62 pages? Right!
